Our Presentation Evening will be held at the Surf Club on Saturday 10 May 2025 – a function to acknowledge and thank our team of patrol members, competitors and other Club members who work behind the scenes to ensure the Club fulfils its community service role.

The Club premises and bar will be open from 5.30pm, with dinner served about 6.00pm; presentation of awards will commence around 7.00pm.

Presentations to members include Surf Rescue Certificates, Bronze Medallions and IRB awards gained this season, 100% patrol attendance and other patrol awards, and more significant awards for members including Club member of the Year, Patrol member of the Year, and announcement of the winning patrol for 2024/2025.

All members and their partners 15 years and over are invited to attend this annual event to wrap up the 2024/2025 season. Children 14 years and under may only attend as part of a family group.

All attendees must book through TryBooking before Sunday 4 May 2025. Patrol members (including the water safety team) will not be charged but must still book to assist with catering arrangements.

The charge for all other attendees is $25.00 each to partly cover the cost of the meal. A $8 charge applies to any child 14 years and under attending. Drinks can be purchased from the Club bar at normal charges.

Unfortunately to ensure sufficient food is available for all attendees, late bookings after 10.00pm Sunday 4 May 2025 will not be accepted.
