The method for entering Surf Sports Events (Sydney Water Series, Development Carnival, Branch Championships, NSW Age Championships, etc.) has changed from Season 2025/26 onwards.
Surf Life Saving is now using liveheats.com to manage Surf Sports Entry. Previously the club was using it's own system (Surf Sports Entry Portal) to enter and pay for competitors in various Surf Sports events, this system has now been retired.
Important Points

All members will be issued a Liveheats profile if they do not already have one
To claim your profile, you MUST follow the instructions sent to the email linked to your Surfguard / SLS Members account

Payments will need to be made via card.
There will also be a new payment method of Bank Transfer coming in late October

If your club is paying on your behalf, they will still need to do your entries
All team and relay entries are still to be processed by clubs

For any events where athletes pay their own way, they can enter themselves via the Liveheats profile

All payments will need to be made up front at the time of entry
