The Stanwell Park Ocean Swim Organising Committee met on Thursday, 12 March 2020 to discuss the swim.

Based on the forecasts at the time of the meeting the predicted swells were 5m with 3.5m surf, along with wind speeds over 40 km/h, low temperatures and some rain, it was decided in to cancel the swim for 2020 and look to run the swim again in 2021.

The committee have selected some dates towards the end of March 2021, these are yet to be confirmed with oceanswims.com

Thankyou to all the club members who volunteered their help for the day, hopefully we will get swimmers in the water next year.
