Finally after a longer than expect wait and a lot hard work from members of the Junior Committee the new gear trailer has arrived. The trailer was funded thru sponsorship from Peabody Energy.

The new trailer replaces the old gear trailer that was purchased back when Mike Dezius was the Seagulls President (sometime in the 1980's), you could only imagine the number of kilometers that trailer has done being dragged from one end of the state to the other, it served the club well.

The new trailer is fully enclosed with more than enough room to hold boards for our growing contingent of board paddlers, it will hold the new 6 x 3m pop-up tent sponsored by KONE, as well as a march past reel and all the other equipment that needs to be taken to carnivals.

Look out for it on the road and when you next arrive at a carnival, lets hope it serves the club for another 30 years.
