Helensburgh-Stanwell Park Surf Life Saving Club is available for hire for a variety of functions

  • wedding ceremonies can be held on the beach, but a separate application to Wollongong City Council is required. Application Form

• birthday parties (not 16th, 18th or 21st)

• product launches
• meetings
• any function requiring a venue with a fantastic view of the beach and a seaside environment

The venue is fully licensed and equipped for your function.

• Tea & Coffee Making
• Bar
  • with wide variety of beverages.
  • 3 beers on tap
• Tables and chairs to seat 120 guests; space available is recemmended for 80 to 90 guests
• High bar tables and stools for more informal events
• AV Equipment
  • LCD Projector
  • 2 Large LCD Screen
  • Sound System with iPod, MP3 inputs
  • Wireless Microphones

All staff have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation.

For more information including advice on hire charges, please first complete and submit our on-line booking form. Once received and reviewed, our Club Events Manager Leisa Thomson will contact you either by email or phone with pricing and availability for the date requested.
