Ingredients
•· 1 Onion, coarsely chopped
•· 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
•· 2 hot chillis, finely chopped
•· 500 g beef strips
•· 500 g sliced green beans
•· 280 ml coconut milk
•· Fish sauce
•· Coriander
•· 2 tsp curry paste
•· Lemon juice if desired
Method
Sauté onion, garlic and chilli in oil until soft. Add coconut milk and curry paste and stir. Add beef and beans and ½ glass water. Stir.
Add sprinkle of fish sauce, coriander, and lemon juice. Simmer until cooked.
Serve hot with rice and/or pappadums.
