Stanwell Park Sea Eels Winter Swimming Club elevated Nathan Johnston to Life Member on 18 April 2010.

Nathan has been a member since 1996 when he gained his first 100% Attendance Award, since then he has never missed a season gaining 100% many time after that.

In this time Nathan has helped out around the pool and club house. He helps timekeeping, judging and any other way he can. Nathan is an inspiration to all club members.

He is the epitome of what it means to be a winter swimmer, he is helpful , friendly and loves to stir and joke.

Nathan does our club proud and represents us well in all facets of his life.

Nathan also has the unique honor of being the first club member to touch all four sides of the pool in completing a swim.
