Dear Sea Eels,

Tomorrow Sunday 21 July will see the holding of the South Coast WSA championships at the Continental Pool in Wollongong.

The Sea Eels ladies are having their swim at the Conti pool at 08:15 and it would be great if we could all show our support by being there for them.

Also tomorrow, Nathan Johnston is running in the Sutho to Surf, and has been honoured with the Number 1 entrant number. Well done Nathan and best of luck.

I had a swim at the Continental Pool today and it was 16.2 degrees. The ocean was 17 degrees and we are expecting a major drop in air temp overnight. So remember to bring your swim cap, towel and something warm to change into.

Nearest railway station is North Wollongong and trains leave Sutherland at 07:01, Helensburgh 07:21 arrive at NthGong 08:00, or  Sutherland at 08:01, Helensburgh 08:22 arrive at NthGong 08:56.

The luncheon is at the Fairy Meadow Fraternity (Italian) Club with "free" drinks from 13:30 to whenever, about 15:00, so get in a shout with Brains  to get your share. Bus back to the Burgh some hazy time later.

Remember next week we are at Coalcliff where we will have another EGM to elect a Captain. The following week we are at the Helensburgh Workers Club for Cram House Day.
