The club needs to find 2 full patrols to fulfil it's requirements for NEW YEARS EVE (Sunday, 24 December 2017) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. It seems that this date was omitted from the roster.

Minimum requirements for the Patrol are 1 ARTC, 1 IRB Driver, 1 IRB Crew and 1 Basic Beach Management, although due to the popularity of Stanwell Park Beach, the possible conditions and the time of year more members are requested to assist with the patrols.

Members who are listed as Active Reserve are strongly urged to assist with this patrol.

Being the 2nd last Sunday before the end of the year, it is an easy way for members who need to make up hours for competition to build up their hours.

There are a bunch of Public Holidays coming up, where the patrol captains have identified patrols that are potentially short on these. Please contact the Patrol Captains on these days if you can assist

  • 01/01/18 New Years Day - Stephanie McGuiness (Patrol 1) and Karl Weber (Patrol 2)

If you are able to assist, please contact Club President - Steven McDonald - 0419-250-937 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and you will be added to the roster for this day.

A massive vote of thanks to those members who helped out on Christmas Eve - Mat Webber, Anthony Ashley, Stephen Scullion, Ian Manley, Rick Dzopalic, Steven Pearce, Tara Andres, Lachlan McDonald, Barry McGuinness, Monique Lehane, Alex Olencewicz, Sian Foster, Steven McDonald, Ed White, Russell White, Rod Hampson and Peter McDonald.

A lot of these members will not be available on New Years Eve, so we will need other members to help out.
