The Owner’s consent relates to the lodgement only and does not confer development consent/approval of the proposal. There are a number of conditions that relate to the provision of this consent which are detailed in the letter which will need to be adhered to/addressed. In addition, we will require a copy of the finalised development application submission so that we can provide our formal consent prior to you proceeding to lodgement.
