A strong media presence today on Stanwell Park Beach for the media launch of the UAV (Drone) Service for Helensburgh-Stanwell Park SLSC.

A full demonstration of the drone capabilities was given to the media.
Each of the media outlets interviewed the Club Drone Program Manager Mike Malherbe, the youngest drone pilot Lachlan McDonald, Club President Steven McDonald and Surf Life Saving Illawarra Media Advisor Anthony Turner about the capabilities and the impact the drone will have on patrolling at Stanwell Park Beach.
