NOTICE TO MEMBERS
Annual General Meeting Sunday 28 July 2019
The Annual General Meeting will be held at Stanwell Park Surf Club commencing at 10.45am on Sunday 28 July 2019; following the AGM there will be a short ceremony to re-open the renovated club house, after which refreshments and lunch will be available.

- Welcome to Members and Visitors
- Apologies
- Confirmation of Minutes of AGM held 22 July 2018 and matters arising
- Presidents and Officers Reports
- Adoption of 2018-19 Financial Statements
- Adoption of 2018-19 Annual Report
- Endorsement of Annual Statement for submission to Office of Fair Trading
- Affiliation with Surf Life Saving Australia for 2019/20
- Election of Office Bearers for 2019/20
- Urgent General Business.
Please note: only financial members of the Club (for the 2019/20 season) are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Membership renewal will be available at the Surf Club between 9.00am and 10.30am prior to the meeting.
