Annual General Meeting Sunday 6 August 2023
The Annual General Meeting will be held at Stanwell Park Surf Club commencing at 10.45am on Sunday 6 August 2023 after which refreshments and lunch will be available.

- Confirmation of Minutes of AGM held 21 August 2022
- Presidents and Officers Reports
- Adoption of 2022/23 Financial Statements
- Adoption of 2022/23 Annual Report
- Affiliation with Surf Life Saving Australia for 2023/24
- Election of Office Bearers for 2023/24
- Urgent General Business.
Please note: only financial members of the Club (for the 2023/24 season) are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Membership renewal will be available at the Surf Club between 9.00am and 10.30am prior to the meeting.
