IRB   Christening and Patrol Trailer Launch

Club   Members,

The   club will be launching a new IRB on Sunday, 14 December 2014 at 10:30am

The   new IRB will be named “2508” in recognition of the 2508 community support given to the Helensburgh-Stanwell Park Surf Life Saving Club.

You   are invited to attend and be part of the christening and launch.

Along with the IRB launch, the club will be unveiling the long awaited Patrol Trailer. This will be used to transport lifesaving equipment onto the beach.   The Patrol Trailer will also serve as a Patrol Shelter. It will be able to   store 3 Rescue Boards, multiple Rescue Tubes, Air Bag, Defibrillator, First   Aid Kits, Patrol Flags and Signage, and many other vital items of rescue   equipment.

The   day is also the Seagulls (Nippers) last day before Christmas. The annual   “Breakfast On The Beach” starts at 8:30am and will serve up until 10:00am, so   if you want to get an early start come down for breakfast.

Following   the launch the Surf Club will be open for refreshments.
