- Affiliation with Surf Life Saving Australia for the 2024-25 year
- Consideration and adoption of a proposal to change the audit process for the 2024-25 year from a full audit to audit review
- Confirmation of election of the Junior Activities Committee and Junior Activities officers for 2024-25 year
- Election of the Executive Committee and Club officers for 2024-25 year

Voting at the AGM: only Active (patrol) members 15 years and over, Reserve Active Members, Long Service Members, Life Members and Associate Members who are registered for the 2023-24 season, or the 2024-25 season, are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
The 2023-2024 Club Annual Report and the 2023-2024 Financial Statements will be available for viewing on the Club website from Wednesday 26 June 2024, to allow members attending the AGM the opportunity of perusing these documents before the meeting. A further email with a link to the Club website will be sent on 26 June 2024.

- Notice to Members about membership renewals for 2024/25 and payment of membership fees.
- Summary of membership fees for 2024/25 season.
- A blank form is also attached to facilitate nominations for the Club Executive Committee, the Life Membership Committee, and Club officers for 2024/25 season.
