Members,
To endorse the following special resolution of which due notice has been given in accordance with Rule 10 of the Constitution:“ That the proposed Constitution and By-Laws as included below be adopted.”
The Committee recommends that Members endorse the updated Constitution and By-Laws at the Annual General Meeting. Once endorsed, it is intended the new Constitution will become effective from that time."
