The Equlibrium Healthcare Stanwell Park Ocean Swim is on Sunday, 17 March 2019 and the club needs your help.

There are many roles that need to be filled on the day, if you can contribute on the day it will be most appreciated.

• The big requirement is Water Safety, we have IRB Crews sorted, but need about 10 Rescue Board Paddlers to be positioned out on the coures and Tube Swimmers at Coalcliff and Stanwell Park to assist swimmers returning to shore
• We need Patrol Members back on Stanwell Park Beach for the normal patrol (most of Sunday mornings patrol are either swimming or assisting with the swim)...these hours will count to your Patrol Hours and if you have missed a Patrol it will count as a Makeup.
• We need BBQ Cooks and Servers...all proceeds from the BBQ goes to the Nippers, so Nipper parents your help will be greatly appreciated. Fire up the BBQ from 8:00 am
• We need help registering all the swimmers who arrive on the day, either to register for the swim or to pickup their timing chips and swimming hats.
• We need people on the finish line to collect the timing chips from the swimmers and hand out fruit and drinks
• We need First Aid to be on standby
• We need help pulling everything down and putting it away. There will be 4 IRB's multiple rescue boards, swim cans, fencing, tables and chairs, etc. that will nee to be returned to the club

It is a big day, and a big fundraiser for the club, so as many members, families and friends that we have available to help the easier it is for everyone involved.
