The Equlibrium Healthcare Stanwell Park Ocean Swim is now less than 1 week away, and we need your help.
There are many roles to be filled, and most require you to turn up on the day, but we would like to know who is helping.
Organisers will be at the beach from 6:00 am on Sunday morning to start setting up.
If you can help with,
- Beach/Finish Area Setup - Multiple Tents, Finish Funnel, Tables, Chairs
- Move equipment onto beach - Anchors, Swim Cans, IRB's, Rescue Boards, Finish Flags, etc.
- Setup - Course
- Registrations - Take New Swimmers
- Registrations - Issue Timing Tags, Write Numbers on Arms and Issue Caps
- BBQ - Nipper Parents
- Traffic Control
- Water Safety - Boards
- Water Safety - IRB
- Water Safety - Waters Edge
- Finish Line - Collect Timing Tags
- Finish Line - Handout Fruit and Water
- Waters Edge/Finish Line - First Aid
- Packup/Cleanup - Course and Beach
