The are lots of jobs that need to be done on the day including,
- 6:00 am Beach and Course Setup
- 7:00 am BBQ
- 8:00 am Water Safety - Board Paddlers Report
- 8:00 am Registrations
- 9:30 am Water Safety - Race Finish Report
- 10:00 am Swim Start
- 12:00 pm Beach and Course Packup
