Congratulations to the 2014/2015 Surf Rescue Certificate Squad. The club now has 19 new surf life savers all keen to get themselves onto a patrol and start their surf life saving career.

The squad started training in the September School Holidays with a couple of days of intense training and socialising including BBQ's on each day. After that they trained 1 day during the week completing the theory components of the SRC and spent Sunday's getting into the surf for the pratical components.

The squad was made up of the 19 current U/14 age group led by Age Manager Louise Anger who has been with most of these members since they first joined as U/6's.

Club trainers who assisted these new life savers were Peter McDonald, Ryan Van Zyl, Peter Turner, Ralph Hall, Bobo White (Chief Training Officer), and Natalie Manley (Seagulls Education Officer).
