Wow...thank you very much to the 2508 Community and everyone who attended the Friday Night Drink Bush Fire Fundraiser on 17 January 2020.

A massive $5104 was raised through bar sales, raffle tickets, donations, face painting and the general generosity of the members of the great community we live in.

$5104 will be donated to the Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Appeal.

It was tremendous to see representatives from,

Stanwell Park Rural Fire Brigade
Helensburgh Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade
NSW RFS - Otford Brigade
Darkes Forest Rural Fire Brigade
Fire and Rescue NSW Station 325 Helensburgh

As well as having fire trucks Stanwell Park 1 and Helensburgh 1B at the surf club for the night, and for taking the kids on tours of the vehicles.

We still have the "Back To School Drive" Open at the surf club and will be taking donations of school supplies up until Australia Day.

A heart felt thank you all the donors, everyone who helped out on the night and everyone who attended...there was a tremendous feeling of joy and support in the surf club all night.
