The surf club hall is now closed for renovation.
The renovation will include replacing the ceiling, installing an acoustic treatment, insulation, additional storage, new LED lighting, some feature pendants, a bar leaner across the windows, and a coat of paint.
The work is expected to take 6 weeks, and as such there will be limited access to the hall. The downstairs section of the club - Boat Shed, IRB, Boards & Skis, Toilets and First Aid Room are all still accessible and able to be used.
NOTE: access to the club will not be restricted in the event of an emergency call out.
Many thanks to everyone who helped clean up the hall, take down all the photos and memorabillia, and move out the furniture.
