For the past few years, all carnival entry fees for members over 14 years wishing to compete at inter-club carnivals, and Branch, State and Australian Championships have been paid by the Club. Last year the cost to the Club was $7,420.
At its meeting on 13 October 2012, the Management Committee decided that members who wished to compete should each contribute an amount towards these costs.
This year the contribution was set at $30.00 for members under 19 years, and for members 19 years and over, the maximum contribution is $100.00 (or up to the value of carnival entry fees paid for the member concerned).
