If the Club Building Maintenance Officer is unavailable and it is an urgent issue that is not the responsibility of Wollongong City Council the procedure is as follows,

If the Club Building Maintenance Officer is unavailable and it is an urgent issue that is the responsibility of Wollongong City Council the procedure is as follows,

• Council has a Customer Service Team trained across all areas of Council services and projects to be able to assist every surf club with their enquiries.
• Council's Customer Service Team are friendly and helpful and will do their best to answer every question and query from you - and if they can't they'll transfer you to the right person in Council to speak with. They will create service requests that are tasked to the relevant department to be actioned (i.e. Building Maintenance). The Customer Service Team will issue a service request number.  Please ensure you maintain a record of this number as it relates to the request and can be utilized in the future to check progress of the issue, through customer service team.
