To enable us to ensure that all board competitors have a board assigned to them, we have created a new system in which boards will be allocated.
Chris Reilly has offered to be Carnival Board Co-ordinator.
This is how the new system will work:
- All Competitors who wish to do a Board Event are to inform their Age Manager the week before the next carnival this way we can ensure that there enough boards available.
- Boards to be picked up by Competitors from trailer around 8am.
- Children/Parents are responsible for their Boards for the entire Carnival, pickup and return.
- If nippers find they have time to do water and are not listed as doing a Board Event, they must gain permission to use the boards, either from Chris Reilly or the child allocated to that board. It must also be returned to either Chris Reilly or the child that was allocated to that board.
